Risograph printing, also known as digital stamp or digital screen printing, is a printing method that's similar to screen printing but uses a machine that looks like a copy machine. The process is known for its vibrant colors, textures, and imperfections caused by layering images and translucent unprocessed soy-based inks, one color at a time.
Risograph printing was developed in the 1980s by the Riso Kagaku corporation of Japan, and the word "Riso" means "ideal" in Japanese.
